You can manipulate the velocity of notes.

Procedure

  1. Select the note events.
  2. Select MIDI > Functions > Velocity.
  3. Open the Type pop-up menu, and select an option.
  4. Depending on the Type, enter a Ratio, an Amount, or an Upper and Lower value.
  5. Click OK.

Result

The note velocities are changed according to your settings.
