You can import MusicXML files into Cubase.

Procedure

Select Fileand thenImport.
Select MusicXML.
In the File Explorer/macOS Finder, locate and select the MusicXML file and click Open.
Select a folder for the new project.

Result

A new project with the name of the MusicXML file is created.
