Drum Machine Toolbar - Cubase Pro - 14.0

The following options are available:

Undo

Allows you to undo Drum Machine parameter changes.

Redo

Allows you to redo Drum Machine parameter changes.

Read Automation

Allows you to read track automation.

Write Automation

Allows you to write track automation.

Load Track Preset

Allows you to load a track preset in the Drum Machine.

Preset Management

Allows you to save/load track presets in the Drum Machine.

Instrument

Contains instruments which can be assigned to an empty drum pad.

Note

If an instrument is already assigned to a drum pad, the respective parameters to edit the instrument are displayed and replace the instrument selection.

Pad FX

Contains FX effects for editing instruments assigned to the drum pad.

Group

Provides an overview of assigned drum pads and specific global parameters.

Delay

Provides an overview of the global Delay settings. The Delay settings apply to all instruments that are assigned to drum pads.

Reverb

The Reverb settings apply to all instruments that are assigned to drum pads.

Note

You can only have one page open at a time.

MIDI Reset

Stops playback and resets all MIDI controllers to their default values.

MIDI Follow

Follows the played MIDI note.

Bypass All Effects

Bypasses all inserted effects as well as global delay and reverb.

Hot Swap Preview Pad

Replaces the assigned instrument or sample on the drum pad with an instrument or sample from the Media Rack. If you deactivate Hot Swap Preview Pad, the previously assigned instrument or sample is restored.

Hot Swap Preview Layer

Replaces the assigned instrument or sample on a layer with an instrument or sample from the Media Rack. If you deactivate Hot Swap Preview Layer, the previously assigned instrument or sample is restored.

Apply Hot Swap

Applies the changes you have made to Hot Swap Preview Pad or Hot Swap Preview Layer.

Find Samples

Opens a predefined list of samples in the Media Rack.

Open File Browser

Opens the browser in the Media Rack.

Open in Separate Window

Opens the Drum Machine in a separate window.
