Procedure

  1. Select File > Import > DAWproject.
  2. If a project is already open in Cubase, a dialog opens that allows you to choose a destination for the imported DAWproject file.

    • To import the DAWproject file into a new project, click Yes.

    • To import the DAWproject file into your active project, click No.

  3. In the File Explorer/macOS Finder, specify a project folder, and click Select Folder.
  4. In the File Explorer/macOS Finder, choose the DAWproject file, and click Open.

Result

The audio tracks and events of the imported DAWproject file are added to the project. The events are placed at their original timecode position.
