Procedure
Do one of the following:

  • Select the events, select Editand thenRenameand thenRename Selected Events, and type the new name into the text field of the Rename Selected Events dialog.

    Note

    Alternatively, you can open the Rename Selected Events dialog via a key command (by default F2) or the context menu.

  • Select the events, and type a new name into the File field on the info line.

  • Change the track name, hold down a modifier key, and press Return to rename all events according to the track.
