Procedure

  1. To route MIDI signals via Audiobus, first launch the Audiobus app.
  2. Select the MIDI page.
  3. Follow the same instructions as described in Recording From Audiobus.

Result

Audiobus can potentially handle all MIDI routing, including MIDI hardware. Connected MIDI hardware will be listed alongside Audiobus compatible apps.

Note

While Audiobus MIDI can run in parallel to CoreMIDI and Virtual MIDI, they cannot be used on the same track simultaneously.
