Hiding/Showing colors for accidentals - Dorico Elements

You can show cautionary accidentals and accidentals that you have shown manually in different colors, independently of each other.

Colors for accidentals are considered annotations and are not printed by default.

Procedure

Do one of the following:

To hide/show colors for cautionary accidentals, choose Viewand thenNote And Rest Colorsand thenCautionary Accidentals.
To hide/show colors for forced accidentals, choose Viewand thenNote And Rest Colorsand thenForced Accidentals.

Result

Colors for accidentals are hidden/shown. Cautionary accidentals appear pink, while forced accidentals appear teal.

Tip

You can change the default configuration of view options for all future projects in the View Options dialog.
