Changing the vertical alignment of chord symbols - Dorico Elements - 6.1

You can change whether chord symbols are aligned at the same vertical position across the width of each system. You can also change how multi-line chord symbols, such as polychord chord symbols, are vertically aligned relative to single-line chord symbols.

Procedure

1. Choose Library > and thenChord Symbols to open the Chord Symbols Options dialog.
2. In the Position section, activate/deactivate Align chord symbols across width of system.
3. Choose one of the following options for Alignment of multi-line chord symbols relative to single-line chord symbols:

   • Top

   • Middle

   • Bottom

4. Click Apply, then Close.
