End repeat barlines typically indicate that the preceding music is played through twice. You can change the number of playthroughs for each end repeat barline individually.
These steps do not apply to repeat barlines inside repeat endings. Instead, you can change the number of playthroughs for the repeat ending.

is selected in the Engrave toolbox.
The number of times the music preceding the selected end repeat barlines is played through is changed.
When repeats are included in playback, repeat counts are shown at system-attached item positions for end repeat barlines that are set to have three or more playthroughs.
