You can ignore/include individual proofreading issues in the Proofreading panel, according to their category, instrument, and rhythmic position. For example, to ignore issues that you have determined to be acceptable.

In Write mode, in the Notations toolbox, click Panels
, then Proofreading
to show the Proofreading panel.

Do one of the following:

To ignore an issue, hover the mouse pointer over its bottom right corner, then click Ignore issue
. -
To include an individual ignored issue, click Include issue
in its bottom right corner. -
To include all ignored issues in the project, click Clear ignored issues
at the top of the Proofreading panel.

The corresponding proofreading issues are ignored/included. Ignored issues appear grayed out and can optionally be hidden from the Proofreading panel.
Because proofreading issues are contextual, ignored issues might reappear as included issues if you later edit the music, such as by inputting or deleting bars. Similarly, different issues of the same type and at the same rhythmic position as ignored issues might be ignored.
We recommend that you only ignore issues after you have finished the majority of the required work.
