The Import User Settings dialog allows you to select specific types of user settings that you want to import from a selected user setting .zip file. For example, if you only want to import application preferences.

You can open the Import User Settings dialog by choosing and opening a user setting .zip file from the File Explorer/macOS Finder.
The Import User Settings dialog contains the different types of user settings available in the selected user setting .zip file.
You can activate the checkbox for each type of user setting that you want to import.
At the bottom of the dialog, there are the following options:
- Import All

Activates all types of user settings.
- Import None

Deactivates all types of user settings.
- Backup existing settings

Allows you to export an archive .zip file of your previous user settings on the computer.
