You can extend your current selection to adjacent notes and items, including to the start/end of systems and flows.
Procedure
- In Write mode, make a selection in the music area.

Extend the selection in any of the following ways:

To select adjacent notes/items to the right, press Shift-Right Arrow.

To select adjacent notes/items to the left, press Shift-Left Arrow.

To select to the end of the bar, press Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-Right Arrow.

To select to the start of the bar, press Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-Left Arrow.

To select to the end of the system, choose .

To select to the start of the system, choose .

To select to the end of the flow, choose .

To select to the start of the flow, choose .
