The system track is shown by default in new projects, but you can hide/show it in Write mode at any time.

Procedure
Hide/Show the system track in any of the following ways:

  • Press Alt/Opt-T.

  • Choose Viewand thenSystem Track.

  • In the toolbar, click View , then activate/deactivate System Track.

  • In the View Options dialog, in the Invisibles section, activate/deactivate System track.

Result

The system track is hidden/shown.

Tip

You can change the default configuration of view options for all future projects in the View Options dialog.
