There are different font styles for different types of dynamics. You can change different aspects of these fonts in the Edit Font Styles dialog, such as changing their font size to make dynamics appear larger.

The following font styles are used for dynamics:

  1. Dynamic Music Text Font: Used for dynamic glyphs, such as and . Must be SMuFL-compliant.

  2. Dynamic Text Font: Used for dynamic modifiers, such as poco a poco and molto, and gradual dynamics shown as text.

Note

Changes made to font styles apply to the entire project, including part layouts.
