You can trim flows by deleting any empty bars or beats left at the end.
Procedure
- In Write mode, select an item in the flow you want to trim.

Open the bars and barlines popover in any of the following ways:

Press Shift-B.

In the Notations toolbox, click Popovers
, then Bars and Barlines
.

- Enter trim into the popover.
- Press Return to close the popover.
Result
Empty bars/beats at the end of the selected flow are deleted.
