eLicenser: Using licenses on a computer without internet access (offline activation)

Basically, activating means downloading a license. Therefore, Soft-eLicenser protected software cannot be activated on a computer that is not connected to the internet.

However, you can use a USB-eLicenser (dongle) to circumvent this limitation.
