In the Import
section, you can choose which zone templates to use when importing samples and specify the folder in which wave files are saved when importing REX files.
- Zone Templates
-
-
Single Sample determines which zone template is used when importing single samples.
-
Multiple Samples determines which zone template is used when importing multiple samples.
This allows you to define different headroom settings for single-sample and multi-sample import. Single samples, such as drum loops, can be imported without headroom because they play back as a single stream. Multi-sample instruments should retain their headroom, as polyphonic playback may combine multiple samples and increase the overall level.
