You can set the project cursor by clicking at a position, or you can predefine a position.
Procedure
Do one of the following:

Click in the Project window event display.

Click Go to Previous Marker/Zero or Go to Next Marker/Project End on the toolbar.

Click Go to Left Locator Position or Go to Right Locator Position on the toolbar.

Click in the lower part of the ruler.

Use a key command.
