Steinberg Activation Manager: Activation Limit Reached (No seats)

Activating a Steinberg software in Steinberg Activation Manager fails. The following error message is being displayed:

"Activation Limit Reached"
Older Steinberg Activation Manager versions: "No seats"

A Steinberg license can be activated via Steinberg Activation Manager on up to three computers simultaneously. To activate your license on another computer, you need to release one of the licenses you've activated before.

To do so, open Steinberg Activation Manager on a system on which you don't want to use the software anymore and deactivate the license. Right afterward, you can complete the activation on the other computer.

Click "Deactivate" to release a license.
