Steinberg Download Assistant displays error code, e.g. DRE-412 / DRE-415

In rare cases, entering a Download Access Code in the Steinberg Download Assistant may result in an error message displaying an error code.

If no further hints are given in the error message, and the error code is not listed below, please contact our support team and tell us both the error code and the Download Access Code entered.

Error code	Meaning	Possible solution
DRE-412	Download Access Code is invalid.	Please check if the download access code contains a spelling mistake.
DRE-415	The Download Access Code has already been redeemed by another user.	Do you perhaps have different MySteinberg accounts with different email addresses?
