WaveLab 13: known issues and solutions
No CD functions on macOS with Apple silicon
CD functions in WaveLab 13 on macOS are deactivated due to compatibility issues with macOS 26 and Apple silicon (M-series chips).
Workaround
- Make sure WaveLab 13 is not running.
- In Finder, go to the "Applications" folder.
- Right-click on the WaveLab 13 app.
- Select "Get Info".
- In the "General" tab, check "Open using Rosetta".
The next time you start WaveLab 13, it will run in Rosetta mode with CD functions available.
This error is expected to be fixed in one of the upcoming maintenance updates.
Fixed: No podcast upload
In the initial WaveLab 13 release, uploading podcasts to supported hosting services was not possible. This has been resolved in WaveLab 13.0.10.
