Procedure
- In the Waveform display of the Audio Editor, make a selection.

Use one of the following copying methods:

Select the Edit tab, and click Copy.

Press Ctrl/Cmd-C.

Select how to insert the selection:

To insert the audio, click at the desired position, either in the same file or in another file.

To replace a section of an audio file, select it.

To paste the selection, do one of the following:

Select the Edit tab, and click Paste.

Press Ctrl/Cmd-V.
