Inverting the phase turns the signal upside down, which allows you, for example, to fix a stereo recording if one of the channels has been recorded out of phase with the other.

Procedure

  1. Optional: If you only want to invert the phase for a specific time range of an audio file, create a selection range in the Audio Editor.
  2. Select the Process tab.
  3. In the Time & Pitch section, click Invert Phase.
