You can choose from several options for fading in and fading out; that is, for gradually increasing or reducing the level of particular parts of your audio.
Procedure
- In the Audio Editor, make a selection.
- Select the Edit tab.

Depending on whether you want to create a fade in or a fade out, select one of the following options in the Fading section:

To apply the default fade type, click the Fade In or the Fade Out icon.

To select another fade type, click Fade In or Fade Out below the icon. From the pop-up menu, select the type of fade that you want to create.
